According to the BBC, "...China's biggest beer maker, Tsingtao Brewery Group, is to invest $43m (£30m) to begin producing beer in Taiwan, according to a report in the local Commercial Times newspaper. Taiwan opened up it's alcohol manufacturing industry earlier this year, throwing open the door to competition. Whilst most attention to date has been on the Taiwanese business sector gearing up to do business in China, the Tsingtao move is one of the most signficant in the reverse direction.
